Coastbuild New Zealand is a privately owned certified and licensed construction company based in Auckland. Founded by Tim Smith in 2003, our focus is on providing superior quality workmanship right throughout the building process, from foundations to final finishing work. Using only qualified tradesman and high quality materials our work stands the test of time. Through longstanding relationships with council authorities and planners we understand all regulation aspects.

We offer solutions and creative ideas and we are not afraid to push the boundaries in design and innovation. We work with Architects, Designers and our clients to deliver on time, within budget and exceeding expectations in quality and finish.
